Pricipal Message

I am deeply honored to serve as the Principal of Idhayaam College of Education, an institution dedicated to shaping the future of education. With over 17 years of experience as an assistant professor across renowned institutions in Perambalur, Salem, and Trichy District, my journey in the field of education has been both fulfilling and inspiring. Since joining the Idhayaam Educational Institute in 2017, I have had the privilege of working alongside a team of dedicated educators, students, and professionals, all united by our shared vision of excellence in teaching and learning.

My educational journey has been diverse and enriching. Beginning with my B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Physics, followed by B.Ed and M.Ed in Education, I continued to pursue M.Phil in Physics and Education, and later, BSc and M.Sc in Psychology. I was honored to receive my Ph.D. in Education from Bharathiar University in 2018. These experiences have strengthened my belief that lifelong learning and continuous self-improvement are key to success.

Since taking over as Principal in 2018, my focus has been to inspire and guide our students to tackle challenges with innovation, resilience, and determination. I believe that education is not only about knowledge but also about empowering individuals to think critically, solve problems, and develop the skills needed to thrive in the ever-evolving world.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of presenting at 5 National and 6 International Conferences and publishing 6 papers in esteemed international journals. These experiences continue to motivate me to expand my knowledge and stay engaged with the latest trends in education.
